Ten years scaling HP's worldwide channel, from a $180M inside-sales desk to the AI program that today covers ~70% of HP's channel revenue (~$27B a year). The most technical person in the sales room, the most salesy in the IT dungeon, and the one who connects data, processes and revenue.

I spent the first eight years of my career building the analytics, reporting and program infrastructure that HP's worldwide channel runs on. I orchestrated HP's ~$850M annual co-marketing program, integrated Poly into the channel for $60M of new business in FY23, and modelled EMEA sales pipelines for teams of 70 to 140 reps covering $80–180M of yearly revenue.
I'm the EMEA program manager for Amplify AI, HP's AI partner motion, and have been with the program from the start as part of the team that built it. Today it reaches 4,200+ partners covering roughly 70% of channel revenue. Around 20,000 users have been trained, the AI use-case hub has passed 100,000 views, and AI product mix on Personal Systems grew from zero to >30% by FY25 close (the 25% annual target was hit before end of FQ3). The program has been recognised with three Stevie Awards since launch: a Gold at the 2024 American Business Awards, plus Silvers at the 2025 and 2026 Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service.
Before the current AI GTM remit, I was program manager of the Installed Base Recommendation pillar on HP Amplify Data Insights, the product workstream that mines installed-base and customer-behaviour data into partner sales signals (14 billion weekly data points flowing to ~98% of HP's partners). That work is where the AI GTM role grew out of: as AI became central to the channel, the product track I was building became the programme I'm now running. One of our production releases, a profiled M&A matching capability, saves ~3,000 hours a year, cuts ~$370K of cost, and opened an estimated ~$10M of revenue opportunity. It went on to win HP's company-wide AI & Automation contest, with SVP recognition attached.
